$60,000•$75,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for assigned divisions Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Perform variance analysis, balance sheet reviews, and monthly reporting to finance leadership Assist in the development and management of annual budgets, including expense tracking and forecasting Partner with leadership to deliver financial and operational insights to support decision-making Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit processes Lead or support financial aspects of special projects, including feasibility analysis, cost modeling, and business evaluations Manage accounts receivable processes and collaborate with billing and patient accounting teams to resolve discrepancies Support capital budgeting activities and manage related financial tracking and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 3+ years of accounting, finance, or budgeting experience Healthcare finance experience preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools [Finance Ad...efault (4) | PDF] Experience with ERP/GL systems (e.g., Lawson or similar) preferred [Finance Ad...efault (4) | PDF] Familiarity with patient accounting systems (e.g., EPIC or equivalent) is a plus [Finance Ad...efault (4) | PDF] Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently A bit about us:•We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to partner with leadership and support financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
