Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting and planning processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting standards such as IAS, IFRS, and GAAP, along with expertise in corporate finance, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our organization through effective fiscal management, strategic planning, and leadership. Duties Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational objectives. Prepare and interpret complex financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as
IAS, IFRS, GAAP, ASC
606, and regulatory reporting requirements. Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, investment management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Lead risk management initiatives by conducting risk analysis and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate financial risks. Supervise general ledger accounting, cost accounting, and account reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of financial statement preparation for internal and external stakeholders. Develop strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals; advise senior leadership on fiscal implications of business development initiatives. Oversee compliance management related to governmental accounting standards and non-profit accounting practices where applicable. Utilize financial software for data analysis, reporting automation, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. Lead continuous improvement efforts in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all functions. Requirements Proven experience in corporate finance, governmental or non-profit accounting with a strong understanding of
IFRS, IAS, GAAP
standards. Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including risk analysis, cost control, revenue management, investment management, and budget forecasting. Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting areas such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, accrual accounting, and compliance management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Proficiency in financial software systems; experience with balance sheet reconciliation tools is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights. Effective communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and presenting findings to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. Pay:
$75,437.96 - $140,000.00 per year
