The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in automotive sales and dealership environments. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to negotiate contracts, and proficiency in financial software. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company while fostering strong customer relationships. Duties Manage and oversee all financial transactions and reporting processes. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for loans and financing options. Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms. Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance dealership profitability. Provide guidance on financial decision-making to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. Skills Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Expertise in negotiating contracts effectively to achieve optimal outcomes. Knowledge of loan processing procedures and requirements. Familiarity with financial software applications relevant to the automotive industry. Experience in credit analysis to evaluate customer financing needs. Background in automotive sales or dealership operations is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport.
