Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission + Comprehensive Benefits About Simplisure Based in Wellesley, MA, Simplisure is a fully digital, cloud-based platform built to simplify term life insurance for financial advisors and their clients. Founded by life insurance industry veterans, Simplisure was born from a straightforward mission: make the life insurance process faster, more transparent, and genuinely useful for advisors who want to serve their clients' full financial picture. Simplisure serves financial advisors — including RIAs, fee-only fiduciaries, and financial planners — who want to offer clients a carrier-agnostic term life insurance comparison and application tool without needing an insurance license themselves. The platform works with 11 major carriers, delivers quotes in under five minutes, and manages the full digital application and underwriting process end-to-end. Simplisure acts as the licensed insurance broker on all policies. The Role We are seeking a disciplined and growth-oriented Account & Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a financial services professional who understands the advisor landscape and is eager to help build a growing platform that's changing how term life insurance gets done. You will be responsible for the health and growth of our advisor community. On one side, you will ensure our current advisor partners are actively using the platform and delivering results for their clients; on the other, you will identify and bring new advisory firms into the Simplisure ecosystem.
Key Expectations Nurture:
Build trust-based relationships with existing advisor partners — RIAs, fee-only planners, and financial advisors — to ensure Simplisure remains their go-to tool for client life insurance needs.
Grow:
Proactively identify and pitch new advisory firms on the benefits of Simplisure's digital, carrier-agnostic approach to term life insurance.
Educate:
Lead high-quality platform demonstrations and onboarding sessions that help advisors understand how Simplisure fits into their practice and serves their clients.
Advocate:
Surface advisor feedback to help shape platform development and expand Simplisure's product offerings Compensation Structure This role offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward both relationship-building and new business development:
Base Salary:
Competitive fixed salary commensurate with experience

See full benefits package below Candidate Requirements 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry (Life Insurance, Wealth Management, RIA, or Brokerage experience preferred) Familiarity with how RIAs and fee-only advisors think about insurance — and why term life is often underserved in their practices A "client-first" mentality with a proven track record of meeting engagement or sales targets Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of advisor or client relationships Comfort presenting and explaining technology platforms to non-technical financial professionals Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional credibility with advisors Life & Health Insurance license required Why Join Simplisure?
