The company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions and the monthly close. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role focused on execution rather than high-level strategy, ideal for someone who can maintain accuracy, stay organized, and confidently manage inventory accounting.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate financials within 10 to 15 days Maintain the general ledger, account reconciliations, and overall reporting accuracy Manage inventory accounting across systems, ensuring accurate COGS and product costing Reconcile inventory between systems and physical counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies Oversee AP/AR, daily transactions, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations Improve accounting workflows, reduce manual processes, and support system integrations

Qualifications:
