Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Overview We are partnering with a growing organization in the Arlington Heights area to hire an experienced Accounting Manager. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead a small team, and play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in public accounting combined with progressive industry experience and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations Supervise and mentor accounting staff , providing coaching and development Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Coordinate and manage external audits and support audit deliverables [

Pay Details:
