Job Description Our client, a global fashion retail company, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Mason. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and have exceptional communication skills. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

Contract Role:

6 months

Pay:

$70-79/hr W2 (No C2C)

Schedule:

Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Responsibilities:

Lead execution of month-end close duties (recording / approving journal entries, variance analysis, updating subledgers, etc.) Manage team in preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Identify and reconcile intercompany transactions Work directly with internal & external auditors ensuring timely completion of audits and quarterly / annual reviews Ensure compliance with

GAAP & IFRS

requirements and SOX regulations Provide team with performance feedback and lead on business development objectives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business concentration is required MBA, Master's in Accountancy, or CPA Certification preferred 8+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally within the retail, fashion, or beauty industries Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX regulations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

SAP FICO, SAP
