Job Description

Accounting Manager Salary:
$100,000-$120,000 Why Join Our Client? Stability AND opportunity for growth within the company. Strong bonus potential up to 12% + profit sharing! Ability to work from home 2 days a week. Robust benefits at a low cost to YOU + 4 weeks PTO.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Manufacturing experience required. EB-1370981722
