Accounting Manager:

Lead inventory and cost accounting activities, including manufacturing variance analysis. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee accruals, accounts payable, payroll-related accounting, and debt accounts. Review account reconciliations and support financial statement preparation. Partner on SOX compliance, internal controls improvements, and audit support. Manage and mentor two operational accounting team members. Qualifications for the

Accounting Manager:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong cost accounting exposure. Inventory accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience working in publicly traded companies or a mix of public and private environments. Background utilizing large ERP systems such as Great Plains, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. $120K
