Reporting to the VP, Loan Administration, this position is responsible for managing a team of professionals who handle escrow-related operations, including payment of property taxes, homeowner's insurance and mortgage insurance. This role develops strategies to improve departmental efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the AVP, Escrow manages performance, fostering development and providing mentoring to employees with the goal of increasing the efficiency of the department. This role resolves routine escalations and manages workflows for all Escrow team members and leads projects designed to evolve and advance the performance of the Escrow function.

Qualifications Include:
