This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure accurate job cost tracking, timely subcontractor billing, proper change order accounting, and compliance with contractual billing requirements. The ideal candidate has deep experience in construction accounting systems, understands the subcontractor billing lifecycle, and is highly proficient in Sage 100, Procore, and Excel.
