We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations across our growing home health organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, improving reimbursement outcomes, overseeing revenue cycle partnerships, and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of home health revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, denials, reimbursement, and cash flow performance. Monitor and improve key revenue cycle metrics and financial outcomes. Partner with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and external vendors to drive accountability and results. Analyze revenue cycle trends and develop actionable reporting for executive leadership. Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement performance. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience. 3+ years of home health revenue cycle experience. Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payer reimbursement. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Preferred Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience. Multi-site healthcare experience. Experience leading process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
