We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to support key growth initiatives across our global portfolio of industrial automation and engineered equipment businesses. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop strong financial acumen, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain exposure to a fast-growing, privately held organization.Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling:
Assist in building financial forecasts, scenario models, and projections to support business planning and investment decisions.Data Analytics:
Analyze operational and financial performance data; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; and translate insights into clear recommendations.Financial Planning:
Support month-end reporting, budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and strategic planning activities.Communication & Presentation:
Prepare polished presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries to communicate findings to finance leadership and cross-functional teams.Accounting:
Analyzing product costs, margins, variances, or reconciling accounts.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Fi nance, Business, Economics, Investments, Accounting, or a related field . Ability to work a hybrid schedule at our Downers Grove, IL location. Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 . Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and/or data visualization tools preferred. Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You'll Gain:
