HERimpact League Job Overview HERimpact League is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support the organization's financial planning, budgeting, recordkeeping, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or nonprofit financial experience who wants to help build a mission-driven organization from the ground up. The Finance Manager will help ensure HIL uses funds responsibly while supporting programs for girls and women ages 13+ through mentorship, personal development, wellness, leadership, and community care. Responsibilities Create and manage program budgets for HIL initiatives, including the Bloom Mentorship & Personal Development Program. Track income, donations, sponsorships, expenses, and in-kind support. Maintain organized financial records, receipts, reports, and budget documents. Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking. Prepare simple financial reports for leadership, donors, sponsors, and grant applications. Help monitor program spending to ensure funds are used responsibly. Support fundraising, sponsorship, and grant budget planning. Assist with financial policies, internal controls, and compliance needs. Work with leadership to plan for long-term financial sustainability. Qualifications Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, or nonprofit administration preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, or similar tools. Strong communication and recordkeeping skills. Knowledge of nonprofit budgeting, grants, or donation tracking is a plus. Must be dependable, ethical, and mission-focused.
