Finance Manager Job Description The Finance Manager will act as a strategic finance partner by collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to influence pricing strategies, evaluate ROI on expenditures, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and drive growth. You will support business decision-making by working directly with senior leaders to provide clear, data-driven recommendations guiding key commercial and operational decisions. Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies and evaluate ROI. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership. Evaluate and track trade spend effectiveness, ensuring proper execution and alignment with financial targets. Conduct ad hoc analysis, build financial models, and support strategic initiatives using Excel. Assess financial viability of new product and initiative launches, develop projections, and ensure successful execution. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes to enhance efficiency. Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support. Essential Skills Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting models. Advanced Excel skills including pivots, v-lookups, and modeling. Experience in presenting financial data cross-functionally to drive decision-making. 4+ years in a senior-level FP&A role. Leadership skills with at least 1 year in a formal leadership capacity. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong ability to influence outcomes and make measurable contributions. Experience in a business-partnering role within finance. Work Environment The work environment offers WFH flexibility, with in-office attendance on Tuesdays through Thursdays and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The office, located in Lakeville, MN, provides a beautiful setting with flexibility for additional work-from-home arrangements as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr. PCB internal benefits. Bonus. 401k package. Full suite of Medical coverage (different packages to choose from).
