Job Description
Flexible Work Location Flexible Work Location Flexible Work Location, Indiana 46544 The Financial Operations Manager is an integral part of the Finance function to support the associated Franciscan Alliance Health Care division, and serves as a change agent for operational improvement and strategic growth. The Financial Operations Manager extracts, reconciles, validates, analyzes relevant data from various accounting, productivity, utilization management, and information systems. In addition, this person works with divisional leadership, physicians, department staff, and others, to provide strategic and tactical support to achieve the business development objectives. This management position coordinates the operating and capital budgets, ongoing financial forecasts, and financial analysis.

Work onsite out of one of our nearest Franciscan locations Coordinate the accumulation, preparation, review, and submission of the division's routine and strategic capital budget, consistent with the System's Budget and Financial Management Policy and Procedure and track project expenditure. Analyze and report on capital project achievement of cost and NPV post completion, as compared to plan. Coordinate the annual operating budget and the ongoing financial forecasts, to ensure timely and accurate completion. Analyze the division's financial and operational position based on past, present, future, and budgeted levels that utilizes variance analysis, benchmarks, productivity targets, cost, supply consumption, and established plans. Interface with the Productivity Team and consult with managers on staffing variances and planning. Assist the finance staff with required financial reporting, financial close, reconciliations and analysis, to ensure accurate divisional financial presentation including investigation of specific variances with management staff.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business or related- Required Master's Degree Business Administration or related field
- Preferred 5 years Budgeting and/or Financial Analysis
- Required 5 years Experience in a healthcare setting
- Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- State Licensing Board
- Preferred
