Duties Engage with clients through outside sales efforts to identify their financial needs and present suitable solutions Conduct retail sales of insurance products, investment options, and financial services with clarity and confidence Utilize negotiation skills to customize offerings that meet client expectations while achieving business goals Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and maintaining accurate client records Apply analysis skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate strategies Communicate complex financial concepts clearly across diverse audiences, including bilingual or multilingual clients Support marketing initiatives by promoting services through telemarketing campaigns and community outreach efforts Assist with benefits administration by explaining plan details and ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the financial or insurance sectors Strong negotiation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to build trust and close deals effectively Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Familiarity with sales administration processes, including CRM systems and documentation procedures Analysis skills to evaluate client data and craft personalized financial solutions Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service principles Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns that drive client engagement and lead generation Join us as a Financial Services Professional where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
