The role oversees allocation methodology, portfolio modeling, capital market assumptions, and wealth portfolio design in partnership with investment management, product, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead asset allocation, portfolio construction, and model portfolio frameworks for wealth portfolios.

+ Design scalable personalized investment recommendations aligned to client goals, risk capacity, income needs, taxes, liquidity, and legacy objectives.

+ Advance portfolio methodology, research, capital market assumptions, analytics, and technology-enabled personalization.

+ Equip advisors with recommendation frameworks, decision tools, communications, and guidance for complex client situations.

+ Oversee governance, risk, suitability, model performance, and team leadership across investment and cross-functional partners.

+ Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with strong investment, analytical, and client-focused capabilities. What it will take + 10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment strategy, portfolio construction, asset allocation, or multi-asset investing.

+ Significant experience developing portfolio recommendations for individual investors.

+ Deep expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and personalized portfolio construction.

+ Experience leading investment teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
