Job Description
I've been asked to find a Manager of Revenue Integrity for one of the largest faith-based, non-profit healthcare systems in Texas. I have placed with this system several times and can tell you about their financial viability, their culture, and their constant aim towards excellent patient care. This role has a strong focus on Charge Description Master (CDM) ownership and optimization, serving as a key subject matter expert driving accuracy, compliance, and overall revenue performance. It partners closely with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to improve charge capture workflows and lead audit strategy across the system. If you have deep, hands-on CDM experience in a hospital setting, it could be a really strong alignment and I would love to share more if you are open to a quick conversation. The Manager will report to the Director of Revenue Integrity, who has been with the system for almost nine years! The reason the role is open is because she was just promoted to this position. She describes herself as a servant leader who believes in supporting her team and each other. This role is 90% remote with the expectation to come in a few times a year for in person meetings and go lives. This person must live within a drivable distance to either the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, or Temple TX market.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required At least five years of Revenue Cycle/ Revenue Integrity experience required. Epic Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Chargemaster experience preferred. Two years of management experience leading others required. ForIMMEDIATE
