Job Description

Overview:
We're looking for a dependable, organized person to take ownership of the day-to-day financial and operational side of a long-established real estate and business portfolio. This is more than a bookkeeping role. You'll be the person who keeps everything running, improves systems, and helps modernize how we operate—including the use of AI and better processes. If you've ever thought, "There's a better way to do this," you'll have the opportunity to actually implement it here. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks Desktop) Handling accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations Processing payroll and maintaining clean financial records Overseeing rental property finances and related coordination Keeping financials organized and ready for review Communicating with vendors, tenants, and ownership Support hospitality operations Making sure nothing falls through the cracks What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and follow-through Solid bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar) Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without constant oversight Comfortable learning new tools, including AI and automation Someone who takes ownership and pride in keeping things running right Ideal Background (Not Required, But Valuable) Property management or real estate exposure Experience improving processes or systems Interest in technology, efficiency, or AI tools Social Media and Marketing experience
