Property Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 property accountants Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 7-10 properties Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly close processes Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors Maintain HUD/affordable housing compliance and reporting

Property Accounting Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of property accounting experience including affordable housing Strong Yardi experience required Proven leadership experience managing direct reports Hands-on experience with audits, reconciliations, and financials Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus #
