Targeted base salary range of $135,000-$160,000 plus comprehensive benefits and a 15% performance bonus.Position Overview:
The Senior Finance Manager will serve as the finance lead for a large, multi-site operational portfolio, partnering with site leadership across numerous facilities to manage forecasting, budgeting, profitability, contract compliance, labor analysis, purchasing controls, and KPI performance in a fast-paced environment with significant executive exposure.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as finance lead for a large multi-location operational portfolio.
- Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and full P&L performance across sites.
- Manage contract compliance, pricing structures, and margin performance.
- Conduct operational analyses including labor optimization, expense management, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Partner directly with plant or site leaders to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Present monthly financial reviews to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and variance explanations.
- Act as liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and commercial teams.
- Develop and mentor site-level finance support resources.
- Ensure strong financial controls across a decentralized footprint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience with current or recent experience at the Senior Manager or Director level.
REQUIRED
Experience supporting a large multi-site operation (manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or similar high-volume environments).- Demonstrated ownership of a significant revenue portfolio across numerous facilities.
- Strong contract management and operational compliance experience.
- Proven ability to partner with field/site leadership and present to executive teams.
- Advanced Excel and experience with large ERP systems (SAP or similar required).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a steep learning curve.
- Operational depth and execution focus valued over pedigree or academic background.
