•_Senior Finance Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. (El Paso, TX)_•_

RESPONSIBILITES
_•+ Support the financial landscape, speed, quality, and cost efficiency of business operations through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. + Consolidate Global ISC financial results, preparing month-end reporting for El Paso and the BA Leadership teams, serving as liaison with BA ISC BAP, and supporting core FP&A processes including annual operating plan, STRAP, and formal forecast. Develop forecasting tools to drive visibility and mitigate risks with a key focus on Volume/Mix forecasting accuracy, Standard Margin erosion, and Working Capital reduction. + Support key business growth and commercial initiatives across Security. + Assist BA ISC business leaders with driving financial performance and designing and implementing financial strategies to achieve committed business performance. + Develop integrated expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. + Serve as part of a team that creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. + Drive working capital improvement across the sites via robust project pipelines and execution of key activities to reduce inventory. + Support transition projects of factories/distribution centers, handle the financials, and partner with operations to ensure execution of the project within the allocated budget and deliver savings to the organization. + Complete annual standard costing activities of manufacturing and distribution operations. + Manage fixed assets and annual verification process as required by company policy. + Actively engage in inventory management to optimize inventory levels, including the review of proper physical location within facility, slow moving analysis, and quarterly inactive, obsolete surplus review. + Global DC Ops Finance and will manage and control cost for $ 45M per year BA DC Ops budget. + Coordinate with site, regional and corporate teams to develop multi-site Finance MOS for approximately 20 BA HON operated and 3PL Distribution Centers. + Special focus on Finance and ISC collaboration on cost control and transformation (DC footprint, DC Optimization) projects. + Take lead onAOP & STRAP
development. + Report to ISC Finance Sr Director, matrix to BA ISC Sr. Director Global Logistics. •_YOU MUST HAVE
_•+ Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field and three (3) years of Finance experience. + Full term of experience must include working in accounting/ finance positions; Integrated Supply chain (ISC); with Hyperion and SAP; experience supervising a staff; managing international regions and relations; and working on confidential projects. + Must possess one (1) year of experience within the manufacturing industry. + Up to 10% domestic/international travel required. + Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week. •_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
