Job Description
Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Our client, a large and well-established consumer-focused organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to play a key leadership role within Corporate Finance.
Location:
Dublin, CA. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, 3 days/week in the office.Job Description:
This position will drive long-range planning, budgeting, and executive-level analytics while partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong analytical judgment, and enjoys influencing strategic decision-making at the enterprise level.Responsibilities:
Lead multi-year financial planning and annual budgeting processes with full ownership of P&L modeling Establish planning targets, assumptions, and guidance for cross-functional business partners Partner with leaders across the organization to consolidate financial plans and ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate detail Prepare executive-level presentations, reporting packages, and materials for senior leadership and board discussions Deliver complex ongoing and ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support Serve as a thought partner to finance leadership to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency Identify and drive process improvements across planning, reporting, and systems utilization Evaluate existing workflows, recommend best practices, and lead implementation of enhancements Mentor and develop team members, contributing to a high-performing FP&A organizationRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning systems preferredCompensation:
