Tax Partner Salary:
$250,000 - $300,000 base salary + bonus

Tax Partner:
Lead and develop a global tax team of approximately 50 professionals
  • Serve as technical reviewer for tax engagements and client deliverables
  • Drive department performance, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Support integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions
  • Advise middle-market clients on complex tax matters and strategic initiatives Qualifications for the
Tax Partner:
15+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience serving middle-market companies up to $500M in revenue
  • Previous Partner or Principal-level leadership experience
  • Proven background leading and managing tax departments or teams
  • Track record of business development and revenue generation
