Treasury Manager Washington Trust is seeking a Treasury professional to support the Bank's balance sheet management, liquidity, interest rate risk, and analytical capabilities. The position offers exposure to both day-to-day Treasury execution and forward-looking balance sheet strategy, with opportunities to contribute to ALCO analytics, liquidity forecasting, pricing discipline, and Treasury modernization initiatives. The role reports to Treasury leadership and works closely with Finance, Risk, Retail, and Commercial teams. This is a hybrid role with some onsite work in Westerly, RI Key Responsibilities (Scope and level of responsibility will vary based on experience.) Support daily liquidity management, cash positioning, funding activity, and liquidity forecasting. Prepare and maintain Treasury reporting for ALCO, senior management, and regulatory purposes. Assist with interest rate risk measurement, scenario analysis, and balance sheet forecasting. Support preparation of ALCO materials, including net interest income simulations, sensitivity analyses, and liquidity metrics. Provide analytical support for loan and deposit pricing, funding cost analysis, and margin management. Contribute to the evolution of funds transfer pricing (FTP), profitability measurement, and pricing governance frameworks. Support investment portfolio analysis, trade processing, and coordination with accounting and operations. Participate in Treasury system enhancements and process improvement initiatives, including ALM, data automation, and analytics platforms. Collaborate with internal partners across Finance, Risk, Retail, Commercial, and Operations to support disciplined growth and balance sheet optimization. More experienced candidates may assume greater ownership for analysis, recommendations, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as a Treasury subject matter resource for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators, as appropriate based on experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (CTP, CFA, CPA) a plus. Experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, ALM, or balance sheet management within a financial institution or similarly regulated environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling; experience with ALM or investment accounting systems a plus. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
