Accounting Manager - Providence, RI Our client, a well-established Rhode Island company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and lead a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close Supervise and mentor accounting staff Review journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls Coordinate audits and external reporting Improve accounting processes and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience ERP system experience CPA preferred but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
