Senior FP&A Associate Key Responsibilities:

Own corporate forecasting, cash flow projections, and KPI tracking across a real estate portfolio Translate asset-level and project data into enterprise-wide insights and performance reporting Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems, including pipeline and financial platforms Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic decision-making and capital allocation Partner cross-functionally with Development, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy and alignment

Senior FP&A Associate Qualifications:

4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance Advanced financial modeling skills with ability to build models from scratch (non-negotiable) Experience working with complex, multi-source data; exposure to BI tools or SQL is a plus Real estate, development, or REIT exposure strongly preferred (FFO, NOI, portfolio metrics) Strong business judgment with ability to interpret data, explain drivers, and recommend actions Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams #
