Accounting Manager:

Lead the month-end and year-end close process with accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting Oversee general ledger activity, including accruals and detailed job cost accounting across multiple projects Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated financial reporting across a multi-entity structure Direct all construction accounting operations, including project setup, budgeting, cost tracking, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition Review and approve key construction documentation such as draws, lien waivers, and retainage schedules Oversee accounts payable processes, vendor relationships, and cash flow planning in a project-based environment Support treasury operations, including banking relationships and intercompany funding needs Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to support continued growth Ensure compliance with tax requirements and support external audit processes Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to support performance and professional growth Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Qualifications of the

Accounting Manager:
