Role:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive finance. You'll work closely with customers and the sales team to secure financing, present protection products, and ensure a smooth, compliant delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in securing financing through lenders Present and explain F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.) Ensure all deal paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations Work closely with sales team to finalize deals and enhance customer experience Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Support the delivery process and ensure a seamless handoff to the customer

Qualifications:

1+ year of automotive sales, retail sales, banking, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems Valid driver's license required
