Overview:

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

You will oversee the process of completing each customer's transaction including cash, and customer loan deals. Regarding customer loan deals, loan origination and approval process from start to finish are an important part of this role. You will establish relationships with lenders and become an expert in the lender's programs. Present financial products such as service contracts, paint and fabric protection, GAP, credit insurance and other products designed to protect our customers and their investment. You will be a partner with sales management to move deals effectively through the purchase process. Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting. Finalize financial transactions quickly while following legal and ethical practices. Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and lending partners. Identify and provide solution-based finance options for customers. Prepare all the required federal and state paperwork for financial transactions with the corporate finance team.

Qualifications:

Prior Finance Management experience within the RV, Automotive industry or Powersports industry is preferred Proven ability to overcome sales objections. Proven ability to close deals. Ability to multitask is a must. Motility and AppOne experience or equivalent experience are preferred. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must be open to continuous self-improvement, training, and innovative ideas. Must be a self-starter and goal oriented. Must be able to handle all types of situations with professionalism and poise. Must be able to follow all compliance rules and regulations. Must be able to work in a demanding environment. Must possess critical thinking skills and drive. Must be able to ensure funding from all lenders. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
