• 5:00 PM Salary Range $70,000
• 90,000 annually, depending on experience The Role The Accounting & Finance Manager leads the company's accounting function and serves as a key member of the leadership team.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing insights that support business decisions. The roll oversees a small team and works closely with leadership to guide financial planning and overall company performance. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and cash management Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and internal reports to leadership Manage the annual budgeting process and support forecasting and financial planning Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines Coordinate external audits and year-end financial processes Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions Supervise and develop a team of approximately 5 accounting staff What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience, including team leadership Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting practices Experience managing month-end close and preparing financial statements Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Effective communication skills and ability to partner with leadership Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance Why This Role This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on the business.
