Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting activities and support accurate financial operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing across accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity.
• Manage the month-end close cycle by reviewing entries, resolving discrepancies, and preparing financial information for internal reporting.
• Coordinate accounting workflows for multiple operating sites, setting priorities and maintaining consistency across locations.
• Review bank and balance sheet reconciliations to confirm completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Support audit preparation by organizing records, answering documentation requests, and helping maintain compliance with financial controls.
• Supervise or mentor accounting staff as needed, providing guidance on workload management, accuracy, and process expectations.
• Use accounting software and payables automation tools to improve efficiency in invoice handling, approvals, and payment processing.
• Contribute to process improvements and system-related accounting activities, including support for platform updates or comparable operational changes when needed.
