  • 120K+ Earning Potential | High-Volume Dealership Knoxville Powersports is hiring a Finance & Insurance Manager to take ownership of deal structure, paperwork, and funding from start to finish.
This is a high-impact, process-driven role — perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting deals across the finish line. What You'll Do Manage the full financing process from application to funding Structure and submit deals to lenders Finalize paperwork and ensure deal accuracy Present and sell protection products (GAP, service contracts, etc.) Handle billing and deal breakdowns internally Track deal status daily and resolve funding issues quickly Maintain clean, compliant deal files Work closely with sales team and management to keep deals moving What Makes This Role Different Not a traditional car dealership F&I role More structure, less chaos You control the deal from start to finish Strong focus on process, compliance, and completion Volume-driven environment — efficiency matters What We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented Process-driven with strong follow-through Able to manage multiple deals at once without losing accuracy Strong communication and customer interaction skills Self-motivated with a high work ethic Comfortable discussing financing and add-on products Experience in finance, lending, automotive, or powersports is a plus — but not required. We care more about mindset, organization, and execution. Compensation & Benefits Commission-based with $80K

8:30 AM
  • 6:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM Closed Sunday & Monday A significantly better schedule than traditional automotive dealerships. Experience Preferred 1 year(s): Automotive or Powersports dealershpi 1
  • 3 years: Finance, lending, banking, or credit-based role Licenses & Certifications Required
