Job Description

Finance Manager - Rivard-Royall GMC | Memphis, TN Rivard-Royall GMC is now hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to join the fastest growing GMC dealership in the state of Tennessee. This is NOT a traditional F&I Manager position, so we are specifically looking for the right type of candidate — someone with strong lender relationships, leadership ability, training experience, and the ability to help us continue building a high-performing team culture.
IMPORTANT
Prior dealership F&I Manager experience is
REQUIRED.
If you do not have previous automotive finance manager experience, please do not apply.
Ideal Candidate:
Current or former Automotive F&I Manager Current or former Finance Trainer (Safeguard, Protective, Zurich, etc.) Positive attitude with strong people skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Able to provide constant on-the-spot training and development Established relationships with local banks and buyers Strong understanding of lender structure and deal flow Team-oriented mindset with the ability to help build and develop people
Position Responsibilities:
Review and structure automotive deals Submit deals to lenders for approval Work directly with banks and buyers Load and finalize completed deals Occasionally assist with customer TO's when needed Help train and support the sales staff through communication and development
Important Note About This Position:
This is a non-traditional finance manager role. The salesperson is responsible for signing and contracting the customer on their vehicle purchase. This position is heavily focused on deal structure, lender approvals, relationship management, and team development.
Compensation & Schedule:
Base Salary + Commission Expected monthly compensation: $10,000 - $20,000+ depending on experience and skillset Every other weekend off Full-time position We are aggressively growing and looking to build the right team with the right people.
