Role Responsibilities:
Secure competitive financing by working directly with lenders and confidently presenting loan and lease options while strengthening key lender relationships Drive F&I revenue by presenting and selling extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products that create long-term customer value Ensure flawless funding and compliance with all local, state, federal, and lender requirements Partner with the sales team to deliver a fast, seamless deal-to-funding process Deliver a customer-first experience while consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
Employee Prerequisites:
Ability to ramp up fast and win through a streamlined onboarding and training process 2+ years automotive sales and 1+ year F&I experience (earning potential based on experience) Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and customers, including evenings and weekends Strong communicator who can clearly explain financial options and build customer confidence Self-motivated, proactive team player with a result-driven mindset Detail-oriented professional able to accurately complete financial documents while working effectively with customers, lenders, and dealership teams
