Project Accounting & Financial Planning Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Project Accounting & Financial Planning Manager to lead project financial operations and partner with Project Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This role is ideal for a construction accounting leader who can turn project financial data into actionable insights that improve forecasting, margins, profitability, and financial performance . What We Offer 100% paid employee-only medical coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match, PTO, and holiday pay Annual incentive program Training and leadership development What You'll Do Lead and develop Project Accountants and billing professionals Oversee job costing, WIP, budgeting, and forecasting Analyze project margins, cost variances, and financial risks Manage progress billing, retainage, and project invoicing Review cost-to-complete estimates and margin projections Ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Operations and leadership Improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and ERP utilization What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably construction or project accounting 5+ years of leadership experience Strong knowledge of WIP, job costing, forecasting, GAAP, andASC 606 ERP
