Job Description
Execute integrated marketing campaigns to support a leader in B2B financial consulting services. Build end-to-end campaigns from the first "teaser" to the final follow-up, ensuring every step makes sense for the customer. Turn strategy into action across social, paid media, email, web, and events. Create simple plans that show how different tactics work together as one cohesive journey (think: "campaign on a page"). Lead demand gen and event efforts that focus on driving real pipeline growth, not just "doing an event." Be the bridge between teams by working closely with our social, web, and comms specialists early in the process to keep everyone aligned. Keep things organized by managing the campaign calendar and ensuring marketing briefs are clear and complete before work begins. Draft internal playbooks so our partners know exactly what is launching, when it's happening, and how to help share it. Set and track clear goals like lead generation and engagement to prove the campaign is working. Look at the data and tell the story instead of just reporting numbers; you explain what they mean and how to do better next time. Think commercially by understanding who our audience is and what outcome we're trying to drive for the business. 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in the Financial Services space (Banking, Private Equity, or Insurance) is required. A portfolio of multichannel campaigns you've actually built and managed in a large, complex organization. The ability to lead the marketing strategy while collaborating with project management partners who handle the tactical tracking. Experience in enterprise environments has taught you how to navigate a regulated industry and get things done. Efficiency with tools like Workfront for workflow and Salesforce for tracking. You are a structured thinker who stays calm when things get busy and knows how to push a project forward.
