Senior Associate - Asset Management ???? Austin, TX (4 days in-office) We are partnered with a well-established real estate investment platform seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join its growing team in Austin. The firm invests across defensive, needs-driven property types and has built a strong track record through multiple market cycles. This is a highly visible role offering direct ownership of assets, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition through execution and exit. About the Role The Senior Associate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets across a diversified real estate portfolio. This individual will play a key role in executing business plans, driving operational performance, and supporting investment decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition from a support-oriented role into true asset ownership, within a lean, collaborative environment.
