Accounting Manager:
Lead, mentor, and manage accounting staff, including Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.- Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable operations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reporting, and variance analyses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and cash flow planning.
- Lead audit preparation, compliance reporting, internal controls, and job cost accounting initiatives.
Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.- CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, job cost accounting, and Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue recognition/accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting ERP systems.
