Job Description

The Finance & Insurance Manager has a key leadership role within the dealership, responsible for overseeing the financing and insurance processes for vehicle sales. This position ensures that customers receive expert guidance on available finance and insurance options, including extended warranties, protection plans, and other ancillary products. This role provides support to the operation of a profitable department partnering with the sales staff in all dealer locations for profitable market financing. Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit credit proposals to funding institutions and negotiate approvals. Oversee team members in compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to create price quotations for customers. Finalize truck deals by completing contract documents and necessary paperwork. Promote financing services by engaging directly with customers and sales teams. Establishes and maintains relationships with insurance providers. Ensure funding for finance and lease contracts is processed on time while maintaining accurate credit files. Monitor collection activities, maintain funding relationships, and prepare reports.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). College preferred. Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years related work experience in a similar position. Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred. Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
