Must be sales driven with strong leadership, communication, and organization skills. Manager will be responsible for submitting customer credit applications, calling credit buyers to secure financing, seeking out alternative lending resources as well as completing all paperwork with customer to contract and title a sold vehicle. Successful managers will work directly with sales team members to assist closing deals, cash conversions, and early back end acceptance. Department is currently offering Maintenance, GAP insurance, Extended Service contracts, Tire and Wheel protection, multiple theft protection products, and battery coverage programs. Duties

• Develop relationships with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases
• Review and analyze credit applications to determine loan eligibility
• Present and sale available protection options to customer via a menu system
• Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Provide financial advice and guidance to customers regarding their vehicle purchase
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Collaborate and work closely with sales team (4-8 associates) to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications
• Experience and proficiency with CDK Lightspeed EVO Dealer Management System
• Previous experience in finance and insurance, preferably in an powersports dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record as a successful loan officer or finance manager
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in loan processing procedures and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of financial services products, including extended warranties and insurance options
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan terms, interest rates, and payments
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing contracts
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Honest, ethical and willing to go the extra mile to better the customer and dealership.

Commission pay plan to reward strong performance. Health insurance benefits available after 90 days.
