The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, pricing, cash flow management, and operational finance analysis. This role partners closely with sales, operations, HR, and executive leadership to ensure financial discipline, profitability, and scalable growth. The Finance Manager will have demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, or commercial finance. This role will require strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel. The Finance Manager will have the ability to interpret complex operational requirements and translate them into pricing and financial models.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
Finance Manager will develop annual and quarterly rolling budgets
Monthly monitoring of actual performance against budget targets
Provide support to executive leadership with financial modeling, strategic analysis, and reporting
Identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations
Partner with Operations leadership to review labor costs, staffing plans, scheduling efficiency, and productivity metrics
Assist with pricing models for new business opportunities and renewals
Evaluate financial impact of client contracts, scope changes, and staffing adjustments
Monitor profitability by client, program, and site
Design and develop comprehensive pricing models for new business opportunities, renewals, and client expansions
Analyze cost structures including labor, technology, infrastructure, and overhead to determine optimal pricing strategies.
Evaluate pricing scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and financial forecasts to support executive decision-making.
Ensure all proposed pricing meets company profitability, margin, and strategic growth objectives.
Present pricing strategies, financial models, and solution assumptions to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Communicate financial assumptions, pricing logic, and operational dependencies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
The Finance Manager role requires minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, pricing, financial analysis, or solution design roles.
