If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for a Customer Service Associate that p rovides inbound/outbound cardholder support and customer service for TIB card issuing programs.
MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Directly manages preferred agent bankcard partner banks, providing one-on-one customer service for strategic program solutions and implementation of various initiatives.
- Supports organic growth initiatives including branch promotions, marketing communications, monthly tracking on employee referrals, cross-selling on new bank loans, adding credit cards to a bank's overall matrix for sales, etc.
- Facilitates program orientation as well as training sessions for agent bankcard partner banks.
- Supports the overall relationship function for the associate cardholder agent bankcard program including agent bankcard contract renewals and terminations.
- Provides both proactive and reactive support for agent bankcard partner banks.
- Serves as the primary escalation point of contact for partner bank inquiries and issues.
- Serves as a direct link for preferred client cardholder accounts including support for commercial banking RFPs and sales proposals.
- Coordinates and facilitates periodic portfolio reviews for key partner banks.
- Maintains contact management database and ensures that each partner bank is proactively contacted at least twice a year.
- Serves as back up for the Director of Card Support as well as other team members including Relationship Associates.
- Maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer data.
- Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.
REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required- Ability to lead by example and support diverse teams
- Ability to interact effectively with bankers at all levels internally and externally to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to learn and teach multiple systems and applications, such as Fiserv, ShorTel / IP ACD, to complete daily work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of federal and state banking regulations Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years' experience in card services
