full-time Financial Additions is assisting an established retail distribution company in Irving searching for an Accounting and Accounts Payable Manager to join the team. This position is in office daily.

What you will do : Assist with month end closer process, including financial statement preparation and balance sheet preparation Mentor team members Reconcile key credit card accounts, GL accounts, AP aging, AP overages, and disputes Maintain vendor master database Lead initiatives on AP process improvements Monitor reports including invoice processing, 1099 reporting, top vendor reports and payment forecasting reports What qualifications you will bring: Bachelors Degree Required 5+ years progressive accounting and AP experience Retail, wholesale or distribution background preferred Experience with AI financial tools and advanced excel
