Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Finance Manager for the PrSM INC2 team, a critical and dynamic program. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence, strategic pursuits, and program growth. What You Will Be Doing As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Cost Management team and providing financial leadership to support the program's strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day-to-day program financial activities, including cost management duties
- Lead, review, and coordinate quarterly program
CSR/OS&P
financial reporting processes- Serve as the liaison to program management and functional leads for financial information, analysis, and reporting
- Interface with program management, functional business organizations (LM FP&A/accounting), and the Precision Fires Mission Area

- Experience driving CSRs, LRP and Monthly Financial Reviews with multiple contract types and scope
- Experience in developing and briefing executive-level financial material
- ## Desired Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Financial Tools
- FP&A experience to include Orders, Sales, Earnings, Cash forecasting and analysis
- Executive Presence demonstrated ability to recommend solutions and present to senior/executive leadership as well as customer interfaces.
- Proven leadership in leading, motivating and mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$109700.00- $203700.
