+ Collaborative culture that values professional development, mentorship, and cross-functional learning Position Overview The Accounting Manager will oversee general accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and financial reporting activities for multiple North and South American entities. This individual will play a critical role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting audits, managing tax compliance, and serving as a primary financial contact for corporate headquarters in Seoul. This position is ideal for a CPA with strong technical accounting skills, experience working in multinational environments, and the ability to confidently communicate financial information in both Korean and English. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions

+ Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations

+ Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple subsidiaries

+ Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements

+ Coordinate federal, state, and local tax filings in partnership with external advisors

+ Support corporate tax matters, transfer pricing considerations, and intercompany transactions

+ Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits

+ Maintain strong internal controls and support annual compliance requirements

+ Manage ERP system processes, reconciliations, budgeting activities, and financial analysis

+ Partner closely with corporate headquarters in Seoul on reporting, financial requests, and strategic initiatives

+ Oversee business registrations, licenses, and corporate compliance matters Requirements Required

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

+ Active CPA license or currently pursuing

+ Fluency in both Korean and English, including professional business communication + 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience

+ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS

+ Experience with corporate tax compliance and multi-entity accounting environments

+ Experience preparing consolidated financial statements

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system Preferred

+ Experience supporting a multinational or Korea-based parent company

+ Background in international reporting and cross-border operations

+ Familiarity with transfer pricing and intercompany accounting
