This is a unique opportunity to join a highly visible finance team where you'll serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and corporate leadership in Seoul while overseeing accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.

This individual will play a critical role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting audits, managing tax compliance, and serving as a primary financial contact for corporate headquarters in Seoul.
This position is ideal for a CPA with strong technical accounting skills, experience working in multinational environments, and the ability to confidently communicate financial information in both Korean and English.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functionsOversee cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operationsPrepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple subsidiariesEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirementsCoordinate federal, state, and local tax filings in partnership with external advisorsSupport corporate tax matters, transfer pricing considerations, and intercompany transactionsServe as the primary contact for internal and external auditsMaintain strong internal controls and support annual compliance requirementsManage ERP system processes, reconciliations, budgeting activities, and financial analysisPartner closely with corporate headquarters in Seoul on reporting, financial requests, and strategic initiativesOversee business registrations, licenses, and corporate compliance matters
