Town East Ford is seeking a high-performing, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven automotive professional with a proven ability to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a strong balance of sales performance, regulatory compliance, lender relationships, and collaboration with sales and accounting teams. The successful candidate will excel in presenting finance and protection products, securing lender approvals, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring every customer receives a transparent and professional finance experience. Key Responsibilities Finance & Sales Performance Present finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly manner. Maximize PVR (Per Vehicle Retail), product penetration, and backend gross profit while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Structure, submit, and negotiate vehicle financing with multiple lenders to obtain competitive approvals. Secure financing solutions that meet both customer needs and dealership objectives. Ensure contracts are funded accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers. Compliance & Documentation Maintain strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Ensure all contracts and supporting documentation are completed accurately and signed properly. Follow dealership policies, lender guidelines, and audit requirements. Maintain complete and organized records for cash, finance, and lease transactions. Stay current on compliance updates, lender programs, and industry best practices. Customer Experience Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free finance experience. Clearly explain financing terms, interest rates, lease options, and protection products. Address customer questions and concerns regarding financing, products, and contracts. Build trust and confidence throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Support dealership efforts to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration & Reporting Partner closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Accounting personnel to ensure smooth deal flow. Communicate effectively with lenders, vendor partners, and dealership leadership. Maintain accurate deal logs and daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Participate in ongoing training, performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented dealership culture. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required. Proven track record of achieving strong PVR, product penetration, and profitability goals. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive lending, indirect financing, and credit structures. Strong understanding of compliance regulations, funding procedures, and contract documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with dealership software systems, DMS platforms, F&I menus, and lender portals. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital contracting and remote signing platforms. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
