full-time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead corporate accounting operations and take ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing financial reporting, general ledger activities, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, internal controls, and the development of the accounting team. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting process. Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis . Manage preparation and review of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules . Oversee multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting and reconciliations . Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with

U.S. GAAP.

Support financial audits, regulatory compliance, and accounting process improvements . Partner cross-functionally with AP, finance, operations, shared services, and company leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team , promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required . 5+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of audit experience required; 5+ years strongly preferred . Prior experience within a public accounting firm or corporate accounting environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading and owning the accounting close process . Experience working within mid- to large-sized organizations preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, and internal controls . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required . Strong ERP experience; Sage Intacct experience preferred . CPA designation strongly preferred. Proven people management and leadership experience , with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong employment tenure and demonstrated career stability are highly valued. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader who combines strong technical accounting and audit expertise with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. They should be comfortable owning the full close process, working in a fast-paced environment, improving processes, and partnering with senior leadership across the organization.
